AIA CANADA SOCIETY DESIGN AWARDS
The AIA Canada Design Awards honour best practices, innovative thinking, and design excellence demonstrated by AIA Canada members and emerging professionals. Held each fall, this annual program highlights architectural work that advances innovation, resilience, equity, and beauty, and celebrates projects that contribute meaningfully to Canada’s built environment.
Award recipients are featured in the AIA Canada Society Journal, published within Canadian Architect Magazine, on the AIA Canada Society website, and during the AIA Canada Annual General Meeting. In addition, the recipient of the Award of Excellence is invited to participate in the 2026 AIA International Awards Program (AIAI) at no additional cost.
