Tariq Shaikh – Managing Director, Principal

Taz is the leader of U.K. Regional Markets and Gensler’s Birmingham office. He specializes in retail and lifestyle markets throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia, with a particular expertise in managing and delivering complex, large-scale projects.  

Rob Edwards, ARB – Studio Director, Principal

With more than 30 years of experience, Rob designs with purpose and passion, and builds trusted client relationships. As a Studio Director in Gensler’s Birmingham office, Rob promotes a collaborative approach across all design disciplines to ensure quality and attention to detail are addressed at all levels across a project, and to confirm that the best client service is delivered.

Philip Tidd – Managing Director, Principal 

With more than 25 years of experience in workplace consultancy, real estate advisory, design, and urban strategy, Philip has worked with many leading global organizations across mainland Europe to implement workplace programs attuned to the region’s many cultural and legislative variations. As Head of Consulting Europe, based in Gensler’s Munich office, Philip has a focus on both global and regional clients in Germany and the wider Europe region.
