John Cheng, AIA, Architect AIBC, LEED® AP
John Cheng, a licensed architect, brings over 25 years of experience to the field. He began his career after graduating with distinction from Carleton University’s architecture program. Initially based in Washington D.C., he specialized in independent educational projects before transitioning to Vancouver, where he currently focuses on mixed-use and multi-family residential projects. Holding licenses in both Maryland and British Columbia, John remains committed to maintaining the highest design and ethical standards.
Beyond his passion for design and architecture, John harbours a profound interest in the organizational dynamics and management strategies within architectural practices. Demonstrating his dedication, he pursued and completed an MBA at the University of British Columbia.
