Vice President, Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Pauline Thimm, AIA
Pauline is a licensed architect in the state of Massachusetts with over 20 years of professional experience in practice stewardship, architectural practice and teaching in Canada and the United States. A recent arrival to Winnipeg, Pauline is currently employed with DIALOG as a Director and Associate, Architecture and Urbanism.
As Director of Practice Ecosystem at DIALOG, she deeply committed to understanding and informing the leading edge of practice, supporting design culture and practice methods that build capacity to innovate, collaborate, and curate knowledge. Pauline also continues to build on a wide-ranging portfolio of campus and cultural projects developed over her 20-year career practicing and teaching architecture in Canada and the U.S. Pauline is the Chair of DIALOG’s Higher Education Practice and also Chair of their Community Wellbeing and Equity Roundtable.
